Andrea Bonsey Portrait

To all extents and purposes you’re successful. You’ve achieved things that are recognized and validated by others.

But, you’ve found that for a while now you’ve been wondering if this is it.
You’re feeling conflicted about wanting change when you’ve invested so much, worked so hard to be where you are.

You’ve done your best to be a good person on the planet, but you’re feeling a little bit jaded, losing momentum.

You explore your options, but the many possibilities feel overwhelming. So you end up back at square one, feeling demotivated and telling yourself you should be happy with what you have.

You’re going round in circles in your head wondering what to do, should you do anything, what’s wrong with you that you’re not more grateful and accepting?

Your psyche is feeling tired.

My coaching provides company on the journey.

I’m Andrea. I work with people who are striving to live meaningful and satisfying lives, and who value making an impact.

You’re a natural learner and questioner. You’re curious. You thrive on supporting others to develop personally and professionally, and enjoy inspiring others. But you’re wondering how you can fully harness your talents.

You’re looking for someone to walk alongside you as you explore your preferred future. You can do it alone, but it’s wearisome.

I believe that we can hear ourselves more effectively in conversation with another or others—someone who holds space, supports and encourages, who doesn’t have their own agenda.

I believe that to live our most needed, meaningful and satisfying life we need to listen deeply to our inner voice—that part of us that knows.

And I believe it is never too late, that we are constantly becoming our most possible selves.

My coaching supports you to reclaim your own voice; to listen courageously to the inner voice that has been muffled over the years, and to start exploring ‘who am I?’, ‘how do I want to show up?’, and ‘what next?’
